360 MDE is responsible for the personal data collected through 360mde.com.

The booking form
When you send the form on the Booking page we receive what you write in it: name, email, company, the services you select, event details, province, date and your message.
We use it only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The data is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and is not sent to Google Analytics: analytics only records that a form was sent, never its content.
We keep it while it is needed to handle your request and, if you hire a service, for the duration of that relationship and the periods required by law. If no service is hired, it is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Analytics with your consent: Google Analytics
If you click “Accept”, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location and device, and two events — a booking form sent and a click on the WhatsApp link. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Nothing is loaded from Google until you accept. If you click “Reject”, Google Analytics is not loaded and its cookies are deleted. Google Signals and advertising features are switched off, and data is kept for 14 months.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited.
Cookie-free analytics: Cloudflare
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and measures page speed without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site performs (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and security
The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.

No cookie is set before you choose. These are the ones that can be created:

Third-party content
The Branded Content page includes a YouTube video embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When that page loads, before you choose anything, the player sets no cookies, but it does save a few technical entries in your browser’s local storage under youtube-nocookie.com.
If you play the video, the player saves more entries of the same kind, and YouTube (Google) may use cookies under its own policy. Google states that views in this mode are not used to tailor your YouTube experience or the advertising shown to you outside this site. If you leave the player for YouTube, YouTube’s own terms apply. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The WhatsApp link takes you to WhatsApp, which applies its own policy.
Who else receives your data
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, the form database and cookie-free analytics) and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only with your consent), as processors. Both may process data in the United States under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else unless required by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@360mde.com. You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with the “Cookie settings” button on this page, without affecting what was done before.
If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
